Your statutory cooling-off right

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days after receiving the product to tell Nico’s Vault that you want to withdraw from the purchase, unless a legal exception applies. You do not need to provide a reason.

Returning the item

After validly exercising the right of withdrawal, return the item within the applicable legal period. Unless Nico’s Vault agrees otherwise, the customer pays the direct return-shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. Use a tracked and adequately insured service for valuable collectibles.

Products should be packaged securely. You may inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal of the full order, Nico’s Vault refunds the purchase price and the cost of the standard outbound delivery method. Extra cost resulting from a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded.

The refund is made using the original payment method within the legally applicable period. Nico’s Vault may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first where permitted by law.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming orders

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to the agreement, contact Nico’s Vault promptly. Please keep the packaging and send clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Statutory guarantee rights apply separately from the cooling-off right.

Graded cards and sealed collectibles

PSA holders and sealed collectible packaging can show minor manufacturing or handling marks. Review the exact photographs and description before ordering. Opening, altering or handling an item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it can substantially reduce collectible value and may affect the refundable amount where the law permits.
