Shipping.
Orders are prepared in Amsterdam with protective packaging chosen for graded cards and collectible products.
Shipping options and charges
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout before payment. The website does not add an undisclosed delivery charge after the order is placed.
Protective packaging
Graded cards are immobilised and protected against ordinary movement and impact in transit. Sealed products receive appropriately sized protective packaging. High-value orders may receive additional protection at Nico’s Vault’s discretion.
Tracking and delivery estimates
When a tracked service is used, tracking information is provided after dispatch. Carrier delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly agreed.
Delivery address and problems in transit
Please check the delivery address carefully before paying. If you notice an address error, contact Nico’s Vault as soon as possible. If tracking shows a problem or a parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact [email protected].
Customs
If Nico’s Vault later offers delivery outside the EU customs area, import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.
