2. Products and collectible condition

Product pages describe the item, set, card number, language, grade and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. For individual graded cards, product photography is intended to show the exact item where stated.

Third-party grades such as PSA grades are issued by the grading company. Minor cosmetic marks can occur on grading holders or collectible packaging without changing the card’s assigned grade. Nico’s Vault does not guarantee future grading outcomes, resale value, investment performance or future market prices.

3. Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping charges are shown before the order is completed. Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment methods presented at checkout.

An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation, subject to stock availability and correction of obvious technical or pricing errors. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Amsterdam to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

See the Shipping page for packaging, tracking and delivery information.

5. Cooling-off period and withdrawal

Consumers buying online generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the product, unless a legal exception applies. You do not need to give a reason to exercise this right.

To withdraw, use the clearly accessible Cancel / withdraw an order page or contact Nico’s Vault by email. After notifying Nico’s Vault of a valid withdrawal, the product must generally be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Details about return shipping, refunds and handling are set out on the Returns page.

6. Statutory guarantee and incorrect or damaged orders

Consumers retain their statutory right to receive a product that conforms to the agreement. If an item is incorrect, materially different from the agreed description, or arrives damaged, contact Nico’s Vault promptly with the order reference and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Nothing on the website replaces or limits statutory guarantee rights that apply under Dutch law.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Please include enough information to identify the order and the issue. Nico’s Vault will aim to respond within a reasonable period.

8. Intellectual property and independence

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of their respective owners. Nico’s Vault is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., PSA or other grading companies unless expressly stated.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection a customer is entitled to under the law that applies to them.
